Returns Policy

General Right of Return

As our customer you have a general right of return as follows:

  • a general right to return (i.e.  “cooling off period”);
  • for seven days after delivery; (meaning seven from date of receipt)
  • for any reason;
  • without penalty; but
  • Returns by the customer direct to a Cash Bazaar store is free.‎

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please email returns@cbstores.co.za in order to follow the correct procedure to return damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for jewellery, underwear, swimwear & hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at returns@cbstores.co.za

‎Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

To get a refund for a click and collect order, you typically need to return the item in person to the original store or a designated store, along with your proof of purchase, within a specific timeframe. The refund is then processed to your original payment method, which may take several business days to appear in your account.
